We are seeking an ambitious and independent Sales Representative with proven experience in both inside and outside sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a strong ability to identify targets, persistently pursue opportunities, and effectively develop and manage a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential leads through various channels, both inside and outside the office.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, tailored to the needs of each target client.
- Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and grow a robust sales pipeline by consistently identifying new opportunities and following up on leads.
- Persistence in Pursuit: Demonstrate resilience and tenacity in pursuing sales opportunities, ensuring that no potential lead is overlooked.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, turning prospects into repeat customers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to strategically position our products/services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in both inside and outside sales, with a track record of identifying and targeting key opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and expand a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in sales opportunities.
- Persistence: Strong determination and persistence in pursuing leads, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in various settings.
